- - Basically it is fully pack with vitamins Omega 3 (the amount of vitamins Omega 3 is more than salmon).
- - More Anti-inflammatory polyphosphate than red wine.
- -1/2 as much protein as chicken.
- -It is the only nut that included all 3 vitamins.
