Super Food "Walnuts"


Hey people to today W.T.H going to share with you a super food "Walnuts"!



Why "Walnuts" & why is it a super food?
  • - Basically it is fully pack with vitamins Omega 3 (the amount of vitamins Omega 3 is more than salmon).
  • - More Anti-inflammatory polyphosphate than red wine.
  • -1/2 as much protein as chicken.
  • -It is the only nut that included all 3 vitamins.

What is the effect of taking in "Walnuts" daily?

  1. It helps to strengthen your inner organs with vitamin Omega 3
  2. Also help to reduce hight blood pressure with Anti-inflammatory polyphosphate.
  3. Especially very good for vegetarians who needs protein, because "Walnuts" contain enough amount of proteins.

How are you going to eat it??

  1. They are great as a mid-morning snack, mean you can just eat them when you bought it back from the market.
  2. As yesterday W.T.H had also mention that you can mix it with "Yoghurt".
  3. Add walnuts to salads or healthy sautéed vegetables.
**FYI: Basically Walnuts is an edible seed of any tree of the genus Juglans BUT it is not fruit!
