Today W.T.H the best food that will going to share about is "Yoghurt"!
Why "Yoghurt"?
- Yogurt is a dairy product proceed by bacterial fermentation of milk.
- Contains Vitamin A, Protein, Riboflavin(B-2) & Calcium.
- By eat thing yogurt daily, it also help to boost your immune system by providing tons of beneficial bacteria namely "Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus bacteria. "
- Basically these bacteria helps to protect your body from cancer & cavities.
How to eat?
- Mix blueberries or walnuts as the topping of yogurt.
- You may also take yogurt as a breakfast or snack too.
**FYI: Blueberries helps to lowering cholesterol levels and contain chemicals called antioxidant which encouraging heart health and protecting body against certain types of cancers.**
