What you need:
- A big towel.
- A PC on-line digital timer/ mobile phone digital timer & digital watch timer. (selected either one will do)
**You are able to get online timer by clicking on @"Online Timmer".
Instructions:
- Set your digital timer to 5 min.
- Needed to break the whole sets of workouts into 3 sets of 30sec.
- Spend 30sec on first set of workout "Mountain climbers".
- Spends 30sec on second set of workout "Plank".
- Spends 30sec on thirdset of workout "Crunches".
- Keep repeating the the 3 sets of workout non-stop until timer reaches 5 min.
- People if you needed to watch the YoutTube instruction video on how to do the workout, please click "Triangle Play" and fast forward /started uploaded video 0:40
**It is optional for you to increase the durations of time, if you are capable of doing the workout more than 5 min.
