Everybody loves eating heavy suppers in the late night with friends , family or relative , if you have this type of habit, I suggest you to quit it. Why? It is because it might make you easily gain weight and more health problem will be coming out.
The time for you to take your dinner is around 6pm - 8pm after this range of time , if it is possible do avoid eating more. Our digestive system needs 6 to 8 hours to digest and break down all the food in your stomach , so if you ate in the late night and you goes to sleep, the food in your stomach will go bloated due to its pressure in your stomach
