5-min Short & Effective Workout Six Pack Shortcuts!

Hi people, today W.T.H will bring you off the table because on the later part of the post,  will not talk about healthy food but we will introducing you some short workout on a share YouTube video which was uploaded by Mike Chang. The following workout instructions can be completed within 5 min and you can either did it at home or even in gym too.

What you need:

  1. A big towel.
  2. A PC on-line digital timer/ mobile phone digital timer & digital watch timer. (selected either one will do)

**You are able to get online timer by clicking on @"Online Timmer".

Instructions:
  1. Set your digital timer to 5 min. 
  2. Needed to break the whole sets of workouts into 3 sets of 30sec.
  3. Spend 30sec on first set of workout "Mountain climbers".
  4. Spends 30sec on second set of workout "Plank".
  5. Spends 30sec on thirdset of workout "Crunches".
  6. Keep repeating the the 3 sets of workout non-stop until timer reaches 5 min.

**It is optional for you to increase the durations of time, if you are capable of doing the workout more than 5 min.
