Manage your calorie intake.
Today i am going to talk about ways for you to manage your calories. Firstly, you may ask why do you need to manage your calorie intake. The answer is too many will cause you too gain body fat, too much calorie means that your body is storing up too many sugar, fats and carbohydrates. Calories can be cut down by exercising regularly.
Ways you can manage your calorie intake:
1. Plan
- Everyday determine the calorie you want to take in a day. Then after that divide your calorie intake throughout all the meals you are going to take so that you know how much too take for a certain time E.g. lunch. Once you do this you can make adjustments too your daily intake too match with the body you want to have.
2. Exercise
- Once you know that you have exceeded your plan in calorie intake. You should exercise to burn off those extra calorie you took. When you do this you can manage your calorie intake effectively and produce the body you want faster. But also if you know that you have taken your calorie at a good level you can choose to reward yourself and eat something nice but you might gain a bit of calorie but is still not so much of effect.
3 Know what your eating
- When you eat learn to take a look at how much calorie your food has. When you find something that just exceeds your limits you can just go and find a better alternative with a lower calorie. With this you can plan your calorie intake as you know what your eating and you can change your routines to how you want it.
4. Video explanation on how to determine calorie intake to burn fat.

Why is Brownrice good for you?
Dear reader today i am going to share why is brown rice good for you?
Why is brown rice good for you?
The reason brown rice has many more nutrients than regular white rice is due to the fact that brown rice has only the outer layer, called the hull, removed while white rice has been refined for convenience with several layers—therefore nutrients, removed.
Brown rice vs white rice?
Milling is the process that creates the difference between brown and white rice. The variety of rice may be identical, but milling removes the husk from the grain and turns the brown rice to white. This is why milling is often called "whitening".
By removing the outer layer, which is also known as the bran layer, milling alters the nutritional value of the rice. It is in this bran layer where most of the nutrients are stored. The white rice that most of us eat comprises of mostly carbohydrates, with the nutrients stripped off in the milling process.

Health Screening
Today I am going to talk about Health Screening. So, do you know what is health screening? Why is it important? What are the types of screens available? I am going to cover them today.
What is Health Screening?
Health Screening is the use of tests, physical examinations or other procedures to detect disease early in people who look or feel well. This is different from diagnostic tests which are done when someone is already showing signs and/or symptoms of a disease. It detects diseases earlier than diagnostic tests.
Why should you go for Health Screening?
Health screening helps you find out if you have a particular disease or condition even if you feel perfectly well, without any symptoms and/or signs of disease. Early detection, followed by treatment and good control of the condition can result in better outcomes, and lowers the risk of serious complications. It is therefore important to get yourself screened even if you feel perfectly healthy.
What are the types of Screens available?
These are just the Screens more beneficial to everyone. For more Screens, check with a hospital or just search "health screening" at google

What should you do after a health screening?
If your screening results are normal, you should continue to go for regular screening at the recommended frequency because screening only detects health conditions that are present at the time of screening. If you develop signs or symptoms after your screening, please see your doctor do not wait for your next screening appointment.
If your screening results are abnormal, you should follow-up with your doctor immediately even if you feel perfectly well. Early treatment and good control of disease can result in better outcomes and prevent or delay serious complications.
Why should you go for regular Screening at the recommended frequency?
A one-off screening will only pick up health conditions that are present at the time of screening. Regular screening helps to detect conditions that may develop after the previous screening. Hence, it is important for you to go for regular screening tests at the recommended frequency.

Acne Acne More Acne!
Are you having all this problem? Pimple and more pimple until the face filled with it? Or even white pus on the pimple that will make you scream in pain. Well they are called acne. Most teenager will get it due to hormonal changes in their puberty.
1st: Everyday you have to wash your face with cold tap water with a cloth or without
2nd : Do not use your hand to scratch or touch your face too much as your palms contains a lot of bacteria that will affect your acne that will cause growth of it
3rd: Get a face wash that MUST NOT INCLUDED ingredient such as any kind of fragrance smell because this ingredient make your skin more irritation and dries up your skin.
I recommend this as i have used it before when I had acne. it does not dry up the skins and does not irritate. I gave a refreshing feeling when you wash it.
4th:
